The Western Viking Scholarship is designed to recognize and support student-athletes who demonstrate excellence both academically and on the rugby field. The scholarship also reflects Western Washington University Rugby’s dedication to developing well-rounded student-athletes who uphold the values of discipline, accountability, and excellence.

$5,000 scholarship awarded ($1,666 quarterly) evenly across Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters for the selected student-athletes. This scholarship is reviewed after each quarter and is dependent on the student's academic standing and their ability to maintain a high performance on the field.
